The Pirate Show
The Pirate Show runs Monday to Friday January 4-8, 11-15, 18-22. Two shows a day at 11.00 am and 2.00 pm.
SA Maritime MuseumShiver Me Timbers! ItâÂÂs âÂÂThe Pirate Show!â and itâÂÂs free with Museum entry during January! The Pirate Show, a rollicking, interactive, magical and musical adventure. Come ready to set sail with the pirate captain, mad mate and a lovely lighthouse keeper as they scramble for treasure. Join Captain Black Diamond and his First Mate on board a real ship at the Maritime Museum. They have run out of money and need to sail for Treasure Island to get some more, so theyâÂÂll be needing a crew, which could be you.
Filled with magic, cannon-ball juggling and music, there are pirate songs aplenty to sing along with.
Children learn sailing and pirating skills, including the pirateâÂÂs alphabet. ItâÂÂs a swashbuckling tale with more twists and turns than a cat chasing a rat. So come dressed and ready to join in the fun. And best of all it's free with Museum entry. The South Australian Maritime Museum is located at 126 Lipson Street, Port Adelaide and is open 10am to 5pm every (except Christmas Day) Admission charges are $8.50 adults, $6.50 concession, $3.50 children or $22.00 for a family ticket.
