Friends of the Holdfast Bay Library Service
From 23rd to 25th October the Friends of the Holdfasyt Bay Libriary Service are presenting a Literary and Cultural Festival. This 3 day event - Friday to Sunday - is being held in historic Partridge House, 38 Partridge Road, Glenelg and includes a special Children's Day, Choral Singing, A Film Screening and Afternoon Tea, an especially written Operetta, professional Book Apraisals, Author talks and Booking signings as well as a display of Historical items of local interest.

MATSURI ON MOBARA â JAPANESE CULTURAL FESTIVAL
SUNDAY OCTOBER 25 11am â 4pm MOBARA PARK, MAWSON LAKESThe City of Salisbury is hosting a Japanese Cultural Festival. The Festival is called Matsuri on Mobara, and is at Mobara Park, Mawson Lakes on Sunday October 25 from 11am till 4pm.
The entertainment includes traditional music and a fantastic Kite display. Displays and activities will include martial arts demonstrations from Japanese martial arts programs, traditional dress, calligraphy, origami and activities for children.
The festival will also provide a range of authentic Japanese foods that will tantalise the community to experience Japanese cuisine.
