The John Butler Trio is counting its lucky stars after surviving a near-death experience on a plane in Adelaide on Monday night.
The critically-acclaimed Aussie act was travelling to the City of Churches from Darwin when the landing gear in the plane appeared to fail.
Things got so bad that the band along with all the plane’s passengers, including the entire Victorian cricket squad, were told to prepare for a crash landing and get into the brace position!
It was at that time that they were reportedly cursing that they didn’t pay attention to the stewardesses’ pre-flight instructions!
The John Butler Trio was reportedly shaken by the incident but after rough landing, the plane touched down safely.
