Maybe The Killers should just change their names to The Whingers and be done with it.
Following on from last week’s report of how much it hurts singer Brandon Flowers when people make fun of his religion [he’s a Mormon – ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!], now comes news that the band members can’t stand the sight of each other and want nothing more than to stop touring.
The band, currently in Australia for the V Festival [oh, poor dears – must be so tough playing four shows in two weeks], are reportedly on the verge of self-destructing.
The Daily Mirror newspaper in the UK quotes an unnamed insider saying: “They are sick of the sight of each other. When they started out they were all good friends, but they just don’t seem to get on any more.
“Brandon tries to be a peacemaker, but when he loses it the whole band falls apart. They know taking a break could damage their career, but they can’t see a way out and they don’t want to split.”
The band are apparently in talks with management about taking a break – their first since forming in 2002 – but have gigs booked around the world well into next year. Yikes! Thank God they’ve got God on their side.
Have you seen The Killers on their current tour? Do they look like a band about to break up?

We saw them Sunday night at V fest and they went off.
Did seem like there was a little tension, but they still went off.

You know when you report things you put your own spin on it. I don't care for your opinion. & as far as 'Maybe The Killers should just change their names to The Whingers and be done with it.', is the most immature dry joke i have ever heard.

Just because you're an obsessed Killers fan, there is no need to cry because the reporter is doing his job, in case you haven't noticed this isn't the daily times...
P.S The Killers have made some good music, but if they aren't feeling it anymore, maybe they should call it quits. I wouldn't want to hear the Killers music if it was going to be second rate, and have a giant, empty, hole in it (inspiration).

They spoke on the radio last monday and they said they are touring here later in the year so doubt it.
Also they rocked Saturday night at V fest and don't look like breaking up.
