The wait is over! Roger Waters is bringing his incredible The Wall Live concert to Australia this Summer.
As predicted by Triple M music reporter Nui Te Koha earlier this year, the Pink Floyd legend will be bringing to Australia the same massive state-of-the-art concert that he's been doing across the US and Europe.
It promises to be a show to remember and by all reports the state-of-the-art sound and visuals are mind-blowing.
In the 2-hour plus show Roger Waters and his kick-ass band perform the top-selling album in its entirety including classic tracks "Another Brick In The Wall", "Comfortably Numb", "Mother", "Hey You" and "In The Flesh".
Fans across our Rock News Facebook page went off after hearing the news that the Pink Floyd legend is coming down under.
Martin Scown said, "That is great news, I saw Roger Waters' last tour and it was brilliant, this will be worth going to," while Jo Walsh showed her rock cred saying, "wow... i saw the wall live in berlin and what a show it was!!"
The tour kicks off on January 27, 2012 in Perth and finishes in Sydney on February 14.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale on Monday, July 4 from 3pm.
Tickets to the general public will go on sale from 9am, Monday July 11.

yes at last good news of the wall tour there will be more dates i'm sure. just hope and pray i can get tickets. been a floyd fan for more years than i like to think about and seen floyd 3 times, roger once. still the greatest show on earth. please don't go and see it so there's tickets left for me:)

PINK FLOYD F*** 'N ROCKS. THEY HAVE THE BEST 2 ALBUMS OF ALL TIME I.E. DARK SIDE/THE WALL.

I just found out! have missed all pre-sale tickets. I would do ANYTHING to see this. The music of pink floyd runs through my viens, I live off it. Hoping to get some tickets when general sales start. Fingers crossed. :S
