Go Backstage On U2's World Tour
Triple M Music 29 June, 2009 - 9:45 AM
Tomorrow night in Barcelona, U2 launches it's all-new 360° Tour, a show many say will once again see the Irish lads redefine the stadium concert experience.
U2 have been in Spain for the last few weeks rehearsing for the show, the daily build up captured by Adam Clayton on his handy-cam and shared through clips on U2.com.
Still no announcement what will happen with the tour past the European and North American dates announced so far, but word is the show will be on the road for 18 months, so it’s a pretty sure bet we’ll get some Aussie dates at some point.
Meanwhile, Evan Rachel Wood and British actor Alan Cumming have been confirmed in two of the lead roles for Bono and the Edge’s Broadway musical, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, which is scheduled to premiere in New York next February.
Do you think this will be the greatest U2 tour ever? Which has been the best so far?
