Coldplay have become the latest rockers to turn yellow and perform exclusively for The Simpsons.
Coldplay, still currently touring through North America, will make a guest appearance in an episode in the next series in which Homer wins the lottery and gets the band to perform exclusively for his kids.
“When Bart goes to the bathroom, Coldplay has to stop,” one of the shows producers has revealed.
The Simpsons is entering its 21st season. Previous musical guests have included Michael Jackson, three ex-Beatles, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, U2, The Ramones, Aerosmith, Sonic Youth, The Who, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Smashing Pumpkins and Green Day, just to name a few.

Sad to see yet more musos sell out to the trash of Simpson's commercialism. There goes Coldplay's credability!
