  thank you for airing this weight loss topic, I struggle with my weight but lately have been thinking the same thing that Graham Park has spoken about, especially when you look at what food allergies can do to you. It makes sense that what you put into your body has to make a difference health wise. I will definitely buy this bookl - many thanks again I will let you know how i go

  I’ve met many of Graham’s clients who have successfully followed his program. Now, to see this information in a book is very exciting. His focus is on health and it’s great to see this kind and generous man share the research from his journey.
