Was Richo The Greatest Tiger Ever? Post by: Triple M Footy 13 November, 2009 - 11:08 AM
Matthew Richardson, the Richmond champion of 282 games over 17-seasons with the Tigers from 1993-09, has announced his retirement from AFL football.
Richo is an absolute legend loved by everyone, even footy fans who didn't follow the Black and Yellow.
Sometimes an enigma, but he always put in 100%. He kicked over 700 goals and was all heart for Tigers even when things weren't going their way.

If he kicked straighter he would have over a 1000 goals and if they put him on the wing a few years back like R walls said he would of been even better than he is maybe even a brownlow . he would of died for his team, he is in the top ten of all time at the tigers. As I said if he kicked straighter then he would be in the top 2 or 3 maybe even the best but he not quite #1 but not far off thanks Richoman you have delighted and frustrated me in games at the same time but you were'nt boring goodluck mate.
