Du Plessis Charged With Ball Tampering
The ICC have confirmed that Faf du Plessis has been charged for breaching Level 2 of the Code of Conduct for ball tampering.
The charge relates to the rule of changing the condition of the ball - a breach of Law 42.3.
Footage showed the South African applying saliva to the ball with a 'lolly' in his mouth.
du Plessis has reportedly pleaded not guiltly to the charge.
