The Indian cricket body have asked for a 'please explain' on WACA staff after they were busted drinking beer on an uncovered WACA pitch.
Three or four barefooted ground staff were caught drinking on the WACA wicket on the eve of the third test that begins today between Australia and India.
Matt Hayden told Triple M Brisbane's Grill Team that there was nothing wrong with the ground staff having a drink labelling their actions a "fantastic effort".
The footage which you can see above has caused a storm in India, the Times of India running with the headline 'Beer Party At Perth Pitch'.
