Dermott Brereton barged into the Triple M commentary box on Friday night to take matters into his own hands after JB told an embarrassing bicep curl story about him on the Rush Hour.
On Thursday afternoon, James Brayshaw described how he was left waiting in a cab - while its meter was running - so Dermie could get away three sets of bicep curls before they set out for a beer.
Dermie, declaring the alleged incident a fallacy, decided to set foot into enemy territory and see to his own justice.
