It seems there are a lot of naked ambitions at the Rugby Sevens in Wellington. Not once but three times, and that's at the last count, streakers and superheros been chased around the field by an small army of security.

Much to the delight of the crowd one butt-naked pitch invader can be seen slapping his rear end and doing an impression of a horse as in 'entertains' the crowd. The amateur footage below then focuses on another streaker. This time though it was Superman but his powers were no good for him as the fancy-dress fan is tackled to the ground.

But if that wasn't enough red faces for Kiwi organisers, things were only going to get worse. NZ television footage showed a half-naked pitch invader making a tackle on a Samoan player during play!

We're not sure if we would have sin-binned him or given him a medal for such great tackle.
