Guns N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose has released the following open letter to the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, Guns N' Roses fans and "whom it may concern" declining an invitation to be inducted or even attend.

Who says nobody loves Axl Rose? Hardcore Guns N' Roses fans have paid the troubled singer the ultimate compliment by chipping in to buy an ad in a Los Angeles newspaper to wish him a happy 50th birthday.
