Queensland Bulls' skipper James Hopes has admitted he's not sure where the Shieffield Shield actually is after a massive night of celebrations akin to footy's Mad Monday.
"When I woke up I wondered if the shield is still sitting in the corner of the dressing room, they're pretty protective of it so I hope someone's gotten hold of it somewhere" he told Triple M Brisbane's The Grill Team.
James said celebrations in the dressing room and on the field continued till the early hours of the morning after their three-wicket win over Tasmania at the Gabba yesterday.

Ricky Ponting Retires From One Day International Cricket Post by: CK 21 February, 2012 - 10:32 AM

Ricky Ponting has announced his retirement from one day international cricket.
The former skipper says he aims to play on in the Aussie Test Team but doesn't expect to play one-day international cricket ever again.
"I expected more of myself in this one-day series, I expected to score enough runs to keep me in the one-day side," Ricky Ponting said.
"I'll continue playing Test cricket and continue playing for Tasmania as well."
"I didn't actually see this (being dropped from one day team) coming, I wan't to finish on a high, not a low."
Eddie McGuire made these comments on Triple M Melbourne's The Hot Breakfast this morning:
"We should be starting now to pick the Australian team based on what Australia needs rather than worrying about the sensitivity of some players," Eddie McGuire said.
"We've got the 20/20 team now, we've got the one day team, we've got the test team, there's plenty of opportunity for everybody."
"Ricky Ponting is still a very good test player, good, let him play test cricket."
"The speed of the game and all the rest of it is suiting him at the moment, the one day game obviously isn't."
"As a result of that if he retires today then I would love to see him do that and then maybe filter back through the system."
"You don't need somebody like Ricky Ponting to just disappear into the commentary box but be around the place. I don't know, maybe play the big bash league next year and bring something to the lower levels if you like and be part of it."
"You don't just always have to be these days in the first eleven and Ricky's going to be the first player to make that transition."
What do you think of Ricky's ODI retirement?
