To everyone who has been touched by this devastating disaster. I wanted to say that the love and support that everyone is showing is beautiful to see. It takes a shocking loss of life, limb and homes for us to see that life, family, love, community and friendship is worth more than the loss we are all feeling in the current economic times.

Now Renovations says
The staff from Now Renovations are all deeply saddened and moved by the tragic events of the last few days. Our hearts and prayers are with all those touched by the breath of this firey monster that has left a wake of greif and trauma. No one is spared when events like this happen and the importance of compassion and strength in the community are needed above all else. We would like to donate $500.00 now and $200.00 for every Pergola that is sold between now and May 2009. The importance of ongoing support is paramount as these people need to rebuild their lives and after so much devastation....that may take a long time.

Words can't describe what i feel. I remember the Ash Wednesday fires up at Cockatoo, but this is ten times worse. My thoughts go out to those in the Yarra Ranges and up around Yea, who are still fighting fires,

Guys, we want to help and can offer a self contained bungalow for victims that can sleep a family. We can house, feed and cloth them for as long as it takes.
