VIDEO EXCLUSIVE: Matt Sorum Talks About His Last Days With Guns N Roses Post by: Dave-O 14 December, 2011 - 7:37 AM

It was an honour to have Matt Sorum, the drummer of Guns N' Roses, Velvet Revolver and The Cult, in the studio while he was in Australia for the opening of the Hard Rock Cafe.

Matt's been through the good times and the bad times of GN'R, and as you'll see in the video above, the drummer revealed to Triple M's Becko the rift that came between Axl Rose and Slash, which led to the break-up of the classic Gunners line-up.

He recalls in terrific detail the clashes in musical direction, Axl's obsession with wanting to become the biggest act in the world, and the day he was fired as their drummer. Towards the end of the clip Matt lets rip with one of the best Axl impersonations ever. You have to watch the video!

Do you think the classic Guns N' Roses line-up should get back together?
