I think that Bono has always been a wanker, reinventing yourself for a new album doesn't mean you manipulate your old! But the interviewer needs to get a sense of humour.

It seems to me that people who are sending these msgs, criticizing U2 and Bono really need to get over it.
No one asked you for your opinion on the artists themselves, just what you think of Bono's comment (which was a joke anyway) and your thoughts on the new album.
Why don't you all tell us which artists you are all into so we can have the opportunity to call them wankers as well.
I wouldn't be surprised if the majority are into Pink who happens to be the biggest outspoken wanker of all.
