Triple M Presents: Slash's Aussie Tour Post by: Dave-O 27 April, 2010 - 10:53 PM

UPDATE: Slash has moved the August 16 Sydney show to the Hordern Pavilion and the August 11 Melbourne show to Festival Hall.

All tickets for the Enmore and Palace shows remain valid for the new venues.

Remaining tickets go on sale on Friday May 21, 9am.

Are you ready for this? If you missed out on tickets to Slash's MTV Classic show then don't fret because Triple M are proudly presenting his Aussie tour later in the year.

That's right. Slasher announced dates for his tour at his Aussie press conference when he was here to launch the brand new MTV Classic music channel.

Slash played a two-hour show showcasing songs from his new debut album as well as hits from his days with Velvet Revolver and Guns N' Roses. For a snippet of what you can expect on his upcoming tour check out the video above.

Alongside Slash on guitar his touring band includes Myles Kennedy (Alterbridge) - vocals, Bobby Schneck (Green Day) - guitar, Dave Henning (Big Wreck) - bass, and Brent Fitz (Alice Cooper) - drums.

Unfortunately for those in the other states if you wanna see his greatness then you're gonna have to get your you-know-what over to where he is playing pronto. You don't want to miss this.
