Growing up in Queanbeyan, which is Canberra's 'struggle town,' there wasn't much to do apart from hanging out at the Riverside Plaza and ... well, having a crack at starting a band. Unfortunately, Becko's band 'Chunk' never quite got out of the garage, but their love of AC/DC, Greenday and Nirvana was obvious. Not long after Becko went solo.... he got into radio at the local community station and the rest is history.

Becko may not be a rock star, ex rock star, song writer, journalist or ...... monkey, but he knows rock, loves his rock.. and has a massive CD library behind him to give you the best oz rock every week.
