Leigh Matthews retires as
coach of the Brisbane Lions
Brisbane Lions coach Leigh Matthews this morning shocked the AFL
community by quitting the club - on the same day co-captain
Jonathan Brown announced he was staying.
Leigh has been coach of the Lions for the last 10 years and has seen the Queensland club to three consecutivepremierships and 4 consectuive final appearances.
