NRL Wants You To 'Feel Alive' Post by: Jimmy A 1 March, 2010 - 4:24 PM

The NRL has launched their 'Feel Alive' campaign for the 2010 season with a TV commerical set to whip fans into a pre-season frenzy.

After 2009's unfortunate start to the year - the star of their 'Feel It' campaign was charged with sexual assault - here's hoping the league gets a lucky bounce.

In a year when the NRL needs to desperately rebuild its image, the 'Feel Alive' message is trumpeted by Aussies from all walks of life interspersed with footage of classic moments from 2009.

We're really pumped about the new ad, it's just we're a bit disappointed about the lack of a rocking song to sing along to!

What do you reckon about the ad? What rock song should they have gone with?

Best idea behind this is there's only one actual footy player talking in it.

Lockyer is the one guy in the NRL who's not going to sh*t in a corridor, assult a 15yr old etc.

At least approaching it this way the NRL won't have the same disaster as last year when their pinup boy got pissed and toey - boring but safe & its funny they don't even trust Hayne not to make an idiot of himself.

I like Wes Carr as a singer but could we have got Pink to sing something for us. She is the new Tina Turner
