Molly Meldrum is well on the road to recovery and back on the phone as Eddie McGuire revealed on Triple M this morning.

"I was sitting at my desk yesterday and the phone rings," Eddie said.
"I looked at it for a second and let it ring another one or two times and I thought is somebody using this persons phone to ring me or could it possibly be the person on the other end of the phone and I hope and pray that it is."
"I pushed the button and it was that person. He said, 'G'day Eddie, it's Molly.'"
"He sounds fantastic. We were talking about the footy, talking about rugby league and talking about coming back to work."
"It was absolutely a wonderful heart warming moment to hear our great friend Ian Molly Meldrum back on the phone."
Mick Molloy also ran into Molly at the Epworth Hospital.
"He was clear as a bell and he looked great, he's obviously a little frail, but he just looked fantastic," Mick Molloy said.
"He was talking about going to see a Storm match, I feel exactly the same way, it was great to see a good bloke up and about again."
