Forget about wikileaks, we're going to market early and putting a few concerts out there that we reckon will happen next year.
Red Hot Chili Peppers
The Red Hot Chili Peppers will be here in 2012. Why? Because Flea told us himself when we hung out backstage at the MTV Music Europe Awards.
"We are coming," the bass player told Triple M's Matty White. "I looked at my tour schedule and it's there next year. Without doubt, we will come… and rock… like untethered beasts."
Van Halen
The amount of times we've jumped at the news that Van Halen is coming down only followed by news that they aren't... well we're totally out of puff.
The rock legends were due to play in Australia at this year's Soundwave Revolution before the festival was cancelled. And while there's been no word on Aussie dates since, Eddie Van Halen has made it clear there will be shows once the new album is out.
The long-awaited record is believed to be coming out in 2012. C'mon boys. We're waiting!
Nickelback
Whenever the guys from Nickelback put out a new album they tour every place... twice. And in a recent interview with Triple M's Gordie Waters the guys revealed they were making plans to hit Australia in the summertime of 2012.
Stone Roses
They were Oasis before Oasis. The Stone Roses were one of the big bands out of England in the late 80s/early 90s and all four original members - Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani and Reni - have announced they are reuniting for shows in 2012. And according to www.louderthanwar.com Australia is in their sights.
Rolling Stones
The Rolling Stones will be celebrating their 50th anniversary in 2012. And the original bad boys of rock n' roll is a hot tip for a tour next year.
Triple M music reporter Nui Te Koha said if they come they'll be doing stadium shows. "They want to play big and go out with a bang."
Bruce Springsteen
A Bruce Springsteen fansite says The Boss will be here in late August, and it's even put dates on it. Nothing confirmed from promoters.
Who would you love to see tour Australia?
