If the measure of how big your band is is by the company you keep then the Foo Fighters are huge.

Dave Grohl and band played a massive show at the Milton Keynes Bowl in the UK on Saturday night and were joined on stage by a stack of bona fide rock legends.

According to a report on www.nme.com, Alice Cooper, Husker Du's Bob Mould and Queen drummer Roger Taylor all joined the Fooies on stage to raise some rock n' roll hell. How amazing is that!

Roger took over from Fooies drummer Taylor Hawkins for one song - "Cold Day In The Sun" - and Bob sang on "Dear Rosemary", which is the song he did as a guest on the Fooies Wasting Light album.

Alice Cooper joined the band on stage to sing on two covers of his classic songs - "School's Out" and "I'm Eighteen".

Dave said the shock rocker was a massive influence on the band. "If it wasn't for this next person, Pat Smear would never have bought a guitar in his life. Say hello to one of our heroes - Mr Alice f***ing Cooper!".
