All Of The Dreamers - Powderfinger
Here we go – here is your first listen of the brand new Powderfinger single, “All Of The Dreamers”. Catchy, isn’t it?
The gleaming new hit went live to radio stations across the country this morning at exactly 7am.
It’s the first sample from the band’s seventh studio album, Golden Rule, which will be out November 13.
The new record, recorded in Byron Bay, has seen the ’Finger hook up again with producer Nick DiDia, the guy behind their biggest albums including Internationalist, Odyssey Number Five and Vulture Street.
Bernard Fanning has previously described “All Of The Dreamers” as “a sideways glance at the sometimes redundant nature of party politics”. The single goes on sale October 16.

I think this is a pretty typical song for them to release as a first single - a crowd-pleasing ballad.
I'm hoping that the rest of the album has some rockier songs.
