Normally Strauchnie would be scoffing down the chips, but not this time. When the fringe-list Collingwood player heard about the plight of the Craigieburn u14s, Strauchanie was on the phone wanting to help pump up the boys. Despite some rousing words the Eagles didn't win the game against Strathmore, but they learnt some life lessons from the master.
