The Cage pride themselves on being approachable and when their very special friends phone in, the gang are quick to answer the phone and get them on the air. They are some of Melbourne's most colorful characters and we like what they say. We only have one question. How come Parko never asks any of them a question? Intriguing to say the least. Maybe we should get Detective Ivan Inkling on to that one.
Dr G.I. Lowe
After spending many years as the Dai La Lama's personal herbalist, Dr Lowe is the resident medical expert on Triple M and aspires to be the next Lord Mayor, or at least open his own practice in Springvale South.
Nurry from Frangers
Nurry is an expert on almost everything, except how to change from DVD back to TV on the remote control. It has never been pointed out on the show, the fact is Nurry is the arch nemesis of Detective Senior Sargeant Inkling.
Detective Senior Sargeant Ivan Inkling
Keeping things on the straight and narrow is The Cage's upstanding close friend and personal law enforcer. Detective Senior Sergeant Inkling often calls in with a tip off or to check that certain members of the show have been keeping in contact with their parole officer.
