Can Wil & Lehmo turn their Slabs to Abs in six weeks?

Sick of being self-conscious in public, Wil & Lehmo have sought the advice of Men's Health editor and regular guest, Bruce Ritchie, in the hope of turning their flab into muscle. 

So Bruce has set the boys a challenge. He's put them in touch with Australian champion body builder, Paul Haslam, and nutrition expert Matt O'Neill. They've assesed Wil & Lehmo and have come up with the perfect plan to cull the calories.

Over the next six weeks, Wil & Lehmo will spend three hours a week each in the gym, while following a simple food plan that'll help them cut the fat.
