Robert Harvey Tribute
A great flashback photo of Stuie Lowe, Danny Frawley and a young Robert Harvey
St.Kilda champion announces he will retire at the end of the 2008 season.
Robert Harvey will hang his boots up at the end of 2008. Currently the oldest player in the league, Harv's has so far played 376 games and won two Brownlow Medals. The only thing he hasn't done is win a premiership - Adelaide put an end to that dream in 1997.
By the time Harvs finishes up only two players will have played more games than him, that's record holder Michael Tuck and Kevin Bartlett - there's still hope for a premiership with the Saints clinging on to a top 8 position. Hopefully the Saints young guns can pull something out of nowhere to make Harvs fairytale have a happy ending.
