Attending John McCarthy's Funeral A 'No Brainer', Says Collingwood's Dane Swan
Dane Swan caught up with The Hot Breakfast ahead of the preliminary final against Sydney on Friday night.
Magpies star Dane Swan shared a typically laconic chat with Triple M's Hot Breakfast on Tuesday, and was anything but intimidated by his Collingwood President being on the other end of the line.

Swan joked that he hadn't spoken to Mick Malthouse yet but he thinks Travis Cloke has and also laughed when Wayne Carey said "and you were even able to have a couple of sherbets and still get in the All Australian team'.
He also stitched up McGuire by saying his favourite individual award was the AFL MVP after the Pies boss forgot to mention that when listing some of the accolades Swan has won in his amazing career.
On a sombre note, Swan said it was a 'no brainer' for the Collingwood players to attend John McCarthy's funeral on Thursday in Sorrento, a night before the preliminary final clash against Sydney on Friday night.
"We'll get to Sydney Thursday night but before that I think it's pretty important for the boys who feel pretty close to him and everyone else who he met go down there and wish him goodbye one last time," Swan said.
