By all reports the rumours have come true about Michael Clarke and Lara Bingle's relationship coming to an end.
Pup left his Aussie teammates during their NZ tour to fly home for personal reasons, it was first thought the trip back was to console Lara, but now the real truth has come out.
The nude photo saga was the last straw for the celebrity couple and A Current Affair reporter Ben Fordham had the latest twist and turns. Have a listen to his thoughts.
There is no surprise that Clarke has been included in the Test team and will fly back to New Zealand to continue the tour. Whether all this will affect his game remains to be seen.
Pup flew back as Bingle broke her silence over the nude photo scandal that's turned into a stoush with Brendan Fevola. It's an expensive mess too, both sides have called in the lawyers.

I would choose Lara over playing for Australia. Have you seen those photos! On tour you would have to share a room with another cricketer. That's no match for the other scenario.

I think it is very obvious that Michael has outgrown her. He is pushing 30 and achieving his lifelong goals through hard work and dedication. Lara is 22 and seems stuck in a rut thanks to some terrible advice by her amateur manager. This has the potential derail what Michael is trying to achieve for himself. Thats just my 2 cents but at the end of day he will know what he needs to do.
