Matty Johns says Jamie Soward should show some humility and shake opponents' hands as the Grill Team discuss the sordid affair on Triple M.

"With Jamie...walk up there, shake their hands...show a bit of humility," Matty told Triple M Sydney.

The incident was capture on Triple M's live Monday Night Football call as the Raiders beat the Dragons 22-18 .

Mark "MG" Geyer went further saying it's not a good advert for the game.

"As a coach of junior kids, it's the first thing you teach them, not about tackling, bout about how to run, not about how to catch, it's about how to shake an opponents hand after the game," MG added.

Matty Johns and MG said the handshake is much more of an action, and what irritates them too is when players are shaking hands and laughing like at a "tea party."

"I like to see players hurting a bit," Matty said of players in general after a game.

Johns went one step further saying with Soward it's all about damage control and he reckons Jamie will move out of the game in 2013.
