San Marino Score First Goal For FIFTEEN Years...And Go Absolutely Nuts!

Scenes in European football as San Marino score for the first time in FIFTEEN years of away games in international football. 

Fifteen. Bloody. Years.

The tiny principality in northern Italy, which is entirely mountainous and better known for it's brand of canned tuna and hosting the odd Grand Prix, have lost 58 of their previous 60 matches all without scoring but they shocked former World Cup qualifier Norway by drawing level just under an hour into their World Cup qualifier last night in Oslo. 

Matia Stefanelli absolutely spanked it home from near the edge of the box to send his country wild. He was pretty happy about it too.


Norway also went wild, but for different reasons, as shown by one of their television studio commentary teams:

They lost 4-1, by the way. But doesn't really matter, does it?
