A Patrick Dangerfield tackle could be looked at by the match review panel after it left Matthew Kreuzer concussed.

Kreuzer was dragged down by Dangerfield in the third term of the Carlton/Geelong clash, where his head hit the turf.

He was groggy as he left the field, and eventually went down to the rooms.

"We suspect he has failed the concussion test," Triple M boundary rider Sarah Faour said early in the fourth quarter.

Triple M’s Daisy Pearce believes Dangerfield won’t cop a suspension for it.

“It was late and probably deserved a free kick,” she said.

“I think he’ll be all right. There was no lift involved, so nothing untoward, I don’t think.

“I don’t think there was anything wrong with the actual tackling technique. It wasn’t a sling."

Geelong defender Tom Lonergan was also sidelined briefly in the third term after a concerning incident, where he copped a knee to the back.
