A Gold coast club has stumbled on a new way to promote it's new racing season - a bikini race.

It's not rocket science with fine fillies + bikini = happy times all around.

The organisers lifted the idea from a similar annual event held in Hollywood Park, California.

In the video the form of the fine fillies can clearly be seen as the fillies race for the line.

Some have been quick to label it degrading with others calling for the sport to make the Olympics.
