You may not of heard of Adam Lambert but back in the US the singer is an absolute megastar. The guy has played with Queen for f***s sake!
He also has an army of fans you shouldn't mess with as Triple M self-confessed Lambert fan, Byron Cooke found out when he posted a tidbit on twitter asking the gay rock superstar out on a date!
When Byron found out that Lambert was in Oz to promote his new album, For Your Entertainment he tracked the singer down to ask him out in person (which you can see above).
Admittedly Lambert's music is not the first thing we'd add to our playlist, but his songs rock, he's one of the few dudes to have come out of American Idol who sing like they bloody mean it, and did we mention he played with Queen!

Adam is an AMAZING perfomer! It;s not just vocals (which are unbeliebvable!!!), but... I mean.... he is the WHOLE package!!!! He ownes every single move he does! I'm so in love with him (although I know I don;t stand a chance as beeing a female!) and so proud of what he had achieved so far!!!! And so much to come!!! Just saying - keep an eye on this guy, he aint disapoint ya!!!!!

Byron, don't feel bad. Adam is very clear he is a TOP and likes the more feminine man, tiny, elf like. You're just too manly handsome for him, lol.

Why can't you add his songs to your playlist? Expand your horizons. Be as liberal as Aussies claim to be! There's something for everyone on his album.

I'm glad you are discovering Adam Lambert! I never watched American Idol until someone told me to check Adam out cuz he was phenominal!
Yes, he certainly was and I have not stopped googling him or following ever since!
He is in a league of artists you will never forget once you listen and watch him perform! His vocals, his performance, his sex appeal, UNREAL! I yearn for his talent!
He does become the stage and you notice nothing else but him when he is perfoming!
I don't usually exaggerate but I am not kidding when it comes to Adam! I don't know what it is but I'm in awe of his talent, hell, I even love just watching him do an interview!
His realness and knowing who he is and owning it is such a breath of fresh air! And he can sing his face off, doesn't matter what genre, he sings it with perfection and makes it his own!
I hope Adam is heard by everyone because this guy is the real thing! And the sweetest thing about him is he doesn't even know how good he is, he just enjoys entertaining us and for that I am so happy!!
