Cobain Jnr Makes Her Debut Posted by Eddie Ruckus 5 February, 2010 - 7:08 AM

Frances Bean Cobain and Courtney Love

Frances Bean Cobain impressed everyone last year when she got herself legally separated from ol’ coo-coo [mother Courtney Love].

Now the world is about to get a hint about which side of the genetic tree Frances Bean gets her musical talent from – the good side [daddy Kurt Cobain] or the not-so-good [mummy coo-coo].

Cobain Jnr is set to make her recording debut on a track called “My Space” by an outfit calling itself Evelyn Evelyn featuring Amanda Palmer, frontwoman of wacko duo The Dresden Dolls.

Cobain won’t be singing alone. The 17-year-old will appear in a “gang” which also includes – how bizarre is this? – Andrew WK [remember him?], Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance and, um, Weird Al Yankovic?!?

No, I’ve got no idea what the hell is going on either, but the record is out March 30.

Do you have any interest in the potential music career of little Frances Bean Cobain? Do you reckon she’ll be more Kurt or Courtney?
