Playing for a "lazy' three hours, Dave Grohl and the band stormed through an epic setlist of hits ("Learn To Fly", "Times Like These", "Monkey Wrench") and songs from their new album Sonic Highways ("Feast and the Famine", "Congregation", "Something From Nothing").
They finished the show on the classic "Everlong" and at one stage were joined on stage by Perry Farrell and Eagles legend Joe Walsh.
"He was only playing in front of 400 strong… [they became] 400 of my new best friends," Will told Triple M, from Los Angeles after the show.
"Three hours later they wrapped it up and what can I say, the shows that are coming out in February and March are going to be epic."

Will signed up to the Triple M Music Jury to win tickets to see the Foo Fighters in LA at a secret location. He got that and more… he was even lucky enough to shake Dave Grohl's hand.
"Yeah, I camped out and met them as they came down for soundcheck and saw all the boys," he said.
"He's a very, very generous man. He went up to the people who had been queuing up for hours and he shook everyone's hands."
