So here we are – D-Day. Actually, AC/DC Day!
All across this great land of ours, tickets went on sale for Accadacca’s first hometown shows in almost a decade. Arrrrgh! Oh glorious internet machine, do not fail us now!!!
And where were the boys themselves on this historic occasion? The Youngs and their mates were as far away as can be, preparing for a gig in Serbia.
One particular scribe over there has managed to crack the band’s usually impenetrable veil of secrecy to find out what the biggest rock band in the world demands on their backstage rider.
Whatya reckon? 1000 litres of Jack Daniels and vodka? 100 virgins? Dodo milk for Mr Johnson’s tea?
No, no, no – all the band ask to be waiting for them backstage is 500 kilos of ice! That’s it! They don’t even specify what colour the ice should be!
How's that for humble? Anyway, we hope you had good luck securing yourselves some awesome tickets to the shows. May the rock gods watch over you.

I was out getting tickets, but the sold out with 15mins, I lined up at Parra Leagues and was 40th in line and still didn't get them.
It's since been reported that tickets had gone on sale on EBAY at 9am, how does this happen when we line up and can't get them.
This pisses me off.

My father in law David Wylie, world's biggest ACDC fan and a friend of the lads from Glasgow and Aus passed away earlier this year.
He was always waiting for the next Aussie tour and it is sooooo sad that he didn't make it to see them again.
He proudly had all his backstage passes from other tours displayed on his bar. His children really want to go in his honour but the funeral costs havent left anything over for tix.
They really really really need to go for David's sake.

My mate Benny and I camped out at Hoyts Penrith all night. Got to the counter and the card declined. Our GREAT MATE Preston saved the day with cash and we got 6 tix!!! Hail Preston!!!

It's my husband's birthday today and I waas hoping to get tickets for him. Got on ticketek and the site was busy ( And their phones), plus they didn't send me my e-mail for presale, NOT HAPPY. SO no tickets for hubby. He has been waiting for such a long time. Not a good day in this case.

Camped out at telstra dome since 7.00pm yesterday, 15th in line, got 6 tickets ground floor, best night ever. now the 3rd concerts sold out i hear, what a band, that's 120,000 tickets in one night in melb, is there a stadium that holds 500,000? have 2 be the greatest band ever in history!
