Duff McKagan has revealed how he would feel if Guns N' Roses were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.

"I'd be lying to you if I said I didn't know it was coming. [But] I don't sit around and do the calculations: 'Oh yeah, the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, that's where I gotta be'," Duff told musicradar.com.

The ex-Gunners bassist has just put out his third album, The Taking, from his band Loaded, but next year mark's the 25th anniversary of the Gunners classic Appetite For Destruction. Which, of course, has everyone speculating that the original line-up may reunite for the occasion.

"It's a real 'cross-that-bridge-when-you-come-to-it' kind of thing," he said.

"My only experience with the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame was when Velvet Revolver played it and we were inducting Van Halen.

"[The] whole band was supposed to be there, including David Lee Roth - we were going to do a song with him. It all started falling apart in the two weeks leading up to the gig. It was sad to watch.

"To see Michael Anthony and Sammy Hagar show up, when it was supposed to be everybody... Michael and Sammy were really cool guys and good sports about it, but they took all the heat over the situation.

"I don't know if I want to set myself up for [that] heat. It's going to be a debacle, isn't it? A press debacle. I don't know what else to say," he laughed.

  The amount of reunion hope for these guys officially exceeds that of [living gods] Led-Zeppelin.
  I heard about them reuniting for the Super Bowl and started to think about tickets.
  If they reunited for the R&RHOF I'm just praying it's held in a concert size venue and the world have access to a limited amount of tickets, just so everyone has a chance.

  I know Axls a dick but he was an amazing singer and frontman and to see him back with Slash would be incredible.
