What is happening over there at INXS land?
Anyone's who's visited their official website lately would know that the band have closed the site down, and replaced it with a teaser about some "new" INXS coming our way soon.
What seems clear is that the band will be recording new material without JD Fortune. JD recently tweeted that "TO CLARIFY... AS OF NOW I HAVE NOT BEEN INVITED TO BE A PART OF INXS' "NEW MUSIC"." (his shouting, not ours).

And if that wasn't enough, the band sent out a communication that reads "The members of INXS... would like to thank our Special Guest singer for the "Original Sin" tour, JD Fortune." It doesn't exactly scream "loved band member", does it..?
How the band progress from here is anyone's guess? And what JD Fortune has done to upset the apple cart will probably remain behind closed doors.
In other weird INXS related news, next month, the Melbourne Writers Festival will host a spoken word tribute to INXS' most famous album, Kick. Headlined by former Frente! singer Angie Hart, a line-up of comedians, authors and poets will all take the stage in dedication to the band's multi-platinum album.
What do you think about INXS? Should the band continue on with JD Fortune? Should they find someone new? Or should they just give up?
