Melbourne rockers Jet have started revealing details of their soon-to-be-released third album, Shaka Rock.

In a super exclusive Jet's Mark Wilson speaks about the band's energised new album.

The new album will be released on August 25 and the first single is called “She’s A Genius”. Jet previewed the track at their Sound Relief performances back in March.

The album’s opening track, also previewed at Sound Relief, is the song “K.I.A. [Killed In Action]” which Jet gave away on their website a couple of months back.

Now they've also made the funny little video above to go with it.

Here's what Shaka Rock's track-list will look like:

2. Beat On Repeat
3. She's A Genius
4. Black Hearts (On Fire)
5. Seventeen
6. La Di Da
7. Goodbye Hollywood
8. Walk
9. Times Like This

  Everything I've heard so far off the new Jet album has simply rocked!
