A rumour surfaced overnight that rock star Jon Bon Jovi was found dead in a New Jersey hotel.

The story appeared on a random blog, but spread like wildfire across the interwebs until JBJ himself stopped it in it's tracks with this Facebook photo proving he's still Livin' On A Prayer (yeah, we went there).

Sure, the guy has lived hard and well and has no doubt enjoyed the spoils of rock star life, but it's not time to bid farewell to the veteran singer. In fact, Jon is not only alive and well, he's currently starring in a Christmas movie, New Year's Eve.
