While superstar Pink was getting rave reviews in Perth over the weekend for the start of her 50 date Oz tour, spare a thought for her poor, long-suffering puppy.
Adopted by her dad, the dog now goes by the name Fred, which is an improvement from what Pink used to call it.
“My dog was called F***er,” the singer has revealed. “My dad adopted him and changed his name to Fred. He is a much happier dog now. He still responds to both names but he’s happier.”
It’s been reported that Pink once caused a bit of a kafuffle in an upmarket Beverly Hills restaurant when the dog went missing, so she started calling after it.
As one witness put it: “Suddenly she started screaming, ‘F**ker! Here F**ker! Come to Moma, F**ker!’ People were almost choking on their food. There were kids at the tables, but she didn’t care. It was outrageous – and nobody had the nerve to tell her to shut up.”
Oh, good ol’ Pink – she’s a funny little Fred, isn’t she?
