Ambulance NSW has told Triple M on Monday morning that none of its officers treated a girl with serious injuries caused by a flare at Soundwave on Sunday night.
A spokesman said Ambulance NSW has no record of anyone being treated at Soundwave for burns, which would suggest they didn't deal with the matter event promoter AJ Maddah says saw a girl cop serious arm injuries.
AJ tweeted: "Dear piece of shit who lit the flare in BMTH (Bring Me The Horizon) pit: Tonight you seriously burned and disfigured a young girl. I hope you f--king get yours."
Meanwhile, St John Ambulance have told Triple M its staff treated three people – two females and one male - who had minor burns from a flare.
All were treated at the scene and released back into the event.

Update On Triple M
After a girl suffered an arm injury following a flare incident at Soundwave, promoter AJ Maddah has tweeted that people have now provided him with images of the 'jerk' who lit it.
AJ says the girl, as of yet unidentified, is "really hurt".
"Massive awful burn on her forearm. I am devastated for her," he tweeted.
But in what could be a positive as authorities will no doubt want to catch the person or people responsible, AJ also said people tweeted "images of this jerk from multiple angles".
"Hopefully we can post ASAP and get him identified."
While AJ indicated the flare which injured the girl was lit during the Bring Me The Horizon (BMTH) set, others have taken to social media to say a flare was also sparked during the Metallica gig (video and photo below).
AJ says BMTH is "quite concerned and pissed at the guy (who lit the flare)".
Meanwhile, Triple M contacted both NSW Police and Ambulance NSW late on Sunday night.
A police spokesman said at 11:10pm there was no record he could see of an incident involving a flare at Soundwave while we could not reach Ambulance NSW.
