Punter Drops Truckload On Freo To Win Next Year's Flag
Fremantle have firmed from $51 to $26 for the 2017 premiership after one TAB customer placed $20,000 for a $1,020,000 collect, on the Dockers yesterday.
“It was only 13 months ago that the Dockers were on top of the ladder, and with the inclusion of Brad Hill and Cam McCarthy, alongside a fit Nat Fyfe, Aaron Sandilands, Harley Bennell and Michael Johnson, there is value still there for punters who think they can make a charge up the ladder,” TAB’s Nick Quinn said.
In other changes to the market since trade period began, West Coast firmed from $17 to $15 yesterday after Sam Mitchell’s announcement, while the Hawks were shortened from $8.00 to $7.50 with one punter placing $8,000 on Hawthorn at that price.
If you are going to have a punt, remember to gamble responsibly.
