Eels Unveil Exciting New Signing
Parramatta have added Gold Coast back Josh Hoffman to their squad for the 2017 NRL season on a three-year deal.
Hoffman, who has played 158 NRL games with the Titans and Brisbane, was granted a release from the final year of his contract with Gold Coast on Tuesday.
"Josh brings tremendous NRL experience and can play anywhere from one to six," Eels coach Brad Arthur said.
Hoffman joins Nathan Brown, George Jennings and Siosaia Vave as new signings for the Eels in 2017.
This announcement also follows the re-signings of Corey Norman, Danny Wicks, Kenny Edwards, Isaac De Gois, Brad Takairangi and Manu Ma'u. Read the full statement below.

The Dyldam Parramatta Eels have today announced the signing of Josh Hoffman on a three-year deal.
Hoffman joins the Eels after stints at the Brisbane Broncos and most recently the Gold Coast Titans. He has played 158 NRL games and achieved representative honours in 2012 and 2013 with New Zealand.
Head Coach Brad Arthur said that the signing of Josh Hoffman would bring skill and versatility to the Eels backline from 2017.
“Josh brings tremendous NRL experience and can play anywhere from 1 to 6 which ensures our squad will have strong competition across multiple positions,” Arthur said.
“He has been a strong and consistent performer for the Titans over the past couple of years and he will provide a strong contribution to the club from 2017 and beyond."
