A man and a child were injured last night at a pre-season game between the Sydney FC and the Macarthur Rams in Campbelltown.

Several soccer fans who witnessed the violence at last night’s A-League pre-season game phoned Triple M this morning to share their experiences.

"I was up in the top stands, and all you could see from the top stands was two flares getting let off and thrown down the hill into a group of kids who were playing 'bullrush.' Then, [the] two groups just kind of moved around into the hill in Campbelltown there, and started blue-ing, it was pretty ridiculous," Triple M listener Mitch said.

Other local families were also taken aback when the game erupted in violence, culminating in a number of injuries.

Hear the calls above.
