Reds star Digby Ioane told Triple M Brisbane he will perform a new dance if he scores a try when he returns for the epic QLD NSW derby against the Waratahs.

"The new dance called Azonto...it's crazy. A lot of people are doing it in South Africa," Diggers told Triple M.

The 27 year-old who has scored one try this season added "it's the new thing with kids. I'm feeling it."

Digby Ioane says he is looking forward to playing with with mate Quade Cooper after returning from a bout of pneumonia as they go all out to play NSW rivals the Waratahs.

"I just look at him and he he knows what I want," Digby told Marto, Pete and Michelle.

Ioane admitted Quade is a hard player to read but "I know how he plays, I've been playing behind him for four years."

"I love playing behind him, he actually puts me through gaps," Digby added.

Greg Martin says the "Reds are walking the semi final tight rope" in their final regular season Super Rugby game.

Not only must the Reds win to book their spot in the finals and defend their title, they must score four tries.

However all of that will prove useless if other teams results do not go their way.
